The rules behind these 6 pages: our sources, our checks and our commercial disclosure.

FxPro Details

When a page changes

Every page shows when it was last reviewed, and the underlying KE material was refreshed on 2026-07-07. We update the page and its date together. Manipulating publication dates is the opposite of what dates are for.

What we earn and how

We earn from partner links. The reader pays nothing more for using one. No partner pays for a rating, a placement or a kind word - the assessment is written before the link is added, not after. This is editorial coverage, not advice, and we have no corporate relationship with FXTM.

What happens before we publish

Nothing goes on the page until its source can be named. Figures that cannot be confirmed are left out rather than estimated - a blank is honest, a guess is not. Anything that varies by jurisdiction is checked for KE and not copied from the broker's global page.

What we check against

The facts here come from documents, not from marketing: the register of Capital Markets Authority (CMA Kenya), governing online forex under the Capital Markets (Online Foreign Exchange Trading) Regulations, 2017. Three licence categories: (1) Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker (principal/market maker), (2) Non-Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker (STP/agency), (3) Online Foreign Exchange Money Manager. Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) oversees the broader FX market. Register: licensees.cma.or.ke first, then FXTM's own terms and published fees. Secondary sources - user-review platforms, press reports - are used for reputation, never for figures. Where a licence matters we point at the source: licensees.cma.or.ke.
